This brown rice pasta is made from brown rice, which is richer in fiber and minerals compared to white rice.We are committed to using only 100% Hatsushimo rice, a representative variety of Gifu Prefecture, which is cultivated on our own farms in the region recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (the upper reaches of the Nagara River), under Gifu Prefecture's GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) guidelines. This gluten-free pasta that does not contain any wheat flour is manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free rice flour factory (HACCP certified in Gifu Prefecture), free from the 28 specified allergenic ingredients. It pairs well with various sauces, including thick sauces, white sauce, peperoncino, or served fried with ankake sauce.
