Brown rice contains significantly more dietary fiber and minerals compared to white rice. We are committed to using only 100% Hatsushimo rice, a representative variety of Gifu Prefecture, which is cultivated on our own farms in the region recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (the upper reaches of the Nagara River), under Gifu Prefecture's GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) guidelines. The Neapolitan sauce contains no artificial flavorings and brings the nostalgic taste of café-style Neapolitan spaghetti by just adding and stir-frying.
